These Terms and Conditions govern your use of wallpanelsmalta.com and any purchase you make from Wall Panels Malta. By placing an order with us, you agree to these terms.

 

Products and pricing

All prices on our website are shown in Euro and include applicable sales tax unless stated otherwise. We try to ensure all information, including prices and product descriptions, is accurate, but errors may occasionally occur. We reserve the right to correct any pricing or listing errors and to cancel any order affected by such an error.

 

Orders and payment

When you place an order through our website, you will receive an order confirmation. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Your order is confirmed once payment has been successfully processed.

 

Shipping and delivery

We deliver across Malta and Gozo. Delivery times may vary depending on the product and your location; estimated delivery times are provided at checkout or by our team. You are also welcome to collect your order in person from our Fgura or Burmarrad showroom.

 

Right of withdrawal and returns

As a consumer purchasing online within the EU, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason. To exercise this right, contact us at info@wallpanelsmalta.com before the 14-day period ends. Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging and in a condition suitable for resale. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty or was sent in error. This right of withdrawal does not apply to products made or cut to your specific measurements or specifications.

 

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect a returned item, we process your refund to your original payment method within 14 days. Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a faulty product.

 

Faulty or damaged goods

If a product arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue so we can arrange a replacement, repair or refund.

 

Installation services

Where installation is booked alongside a product purchase, installation charges are non-refundable once the service has been carried out. Please report any installation issues to us as soon as possible so we can address them.

 

Warranty

Our products are covered by the manufacturer's warranty where applicable. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer under Maltese and EU law.

 

Limitation of liability

We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our products, except where such liability cannot be excluded under Maltese law.

 

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malta. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Maltese courts.
